Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kara Bildfell, founder of Black Raven Safety Consulting.
I’m a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO®) with more than a decade of experience helping organizations improve their health and safety programs. As a former COR® Auditor with both the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association (SCSA) and the Heavy Construction Safety Association of Saskatchewan (HCSAS), I’ve worked with companies of all sizes to evaluate, improve and strengthen their safety management systems.
I believe good safety isn’t about creating more paperwork-it’s about creating systems that people actually use.
